Joseph Cato of Wisconsin won the Heptathlon with a score of 5837 points. He ran 8.08 in the 60h, 17-0 3/4 in the pV and 3:02.26 for the 1k. He moved to #3 on the D1 list. First Day leader Zach Ziemek was second with 5815 points after 8.33, 16-0 3/4 and 2:54.16 and he moved to #4 on D1 list. Kurt Schneider of MSU was third with 5738 pts after 8.19, 14-5 1/4, and 2:48.56 and moved to #6. Robert Cardina of Penn State was fourth with 5511 points and moved to #15 on the D1 list
